Internally Fed Fine Screening for MBR Protection

Internally fed, self-cleaning inclined drum screen for MBR pre-screening, primary and sludge screening. Seven models (RS-11 to RS-416), 0.6 to 6 mm perforations, 0.2 to nearly 10 MGD per unit. No trunnion wheels and no vertical or slotted seals, so no bypass around the drum.

Drum-Screen Septage Receiving Without Rock Traps

Internally fed, self-cleaning drum screen sized for the heavy solids loads of hauled septage, with no rock trap, grinder or holding tank ahead of it. Septage feeds straight into the drum for mechanical separation, so trucks unload quickly and daily rock-trap cleaning goes away.

Floating Gravity Decanter for SBR Basins

Pontoon-floated decanter for SBR basins. Draws effluent through multiple orifices just below the surface; a patented solids-excluding ball mechanism closes on differential pressure during aeration, with no conventional valves or pumps. Built in 304 or 316 stainless steel.

Tube-In-Shell Sludge Heating for Digesters

Modular tube-in-shell sludge and water heat exchanger that heats or cools raw and digested sludge at anaerobic digesters. 316 stainless sludge tubes, duplex wetted parts, five tube diameters, 1 to 4 tubes per level, 2 to 22 levels; built to ASME Section VIII, Division I.
