Overview
Greener Day Solutions supplies Multi-Disc Screw Press equipment for sludge dewatering across municipal wastewater, food and beverage, poultry, septage, grease-trap, DAF, and industrial laundry applications. The press thickens sludge to 15-40% dry-matter cake and is offered in seven frame sizes, MD 201 through MD 403, to fit small to mid-size flow rates. Construction is 316 stainless steel with a 2 mm tungsten-carbide screw coating for extended wear life. The company markets the technology on low energy use, clog-free operation, small footprint, and lower maintenance versus belt presses and centrifuges. On-site pilot trials with customer sludge samples are offered.
