Overview
WTP Equipment Corp. has manufactured wastewater treatment equipment in Brampton, Ontario since 1997, specializing in proven technologies for materials handling and solids-liquid separation. Its engineered-systems approach customizes each conveyor, grit removal system and screen to the application’s requirements, with the aim of on-time, cost-effective treatment solutions for small and mid-size plants.

Screw Conveyors
Enclosed Shaftless Conveying for Screenings and GritShaftless screw conveyors with no internal shafts or bearings, so wet, stringy screenings, dewatered sludge and grit cannot wrap or plug. Fully enclosed CEMA-standard troughs in stainless steel with replaceable non-metallic wear liners; standard or custom layouts.
Vortex Grit Removal
Package or Concrete-Tank Grit SeparationCircular flow-through vortex chamber, sized to plant peak flow, that settles grit at minimal headloss while a slow-speed agitator keeps organics in suspension. Supplied as a shop-fabricated steel package or for a concrete tank, with air-lift or grit-pump extraction.
