Shaftless Screw Conveyors
Cold-Formed High-Tensile Spirals to 30 InchesShaftless spirals cold-formed from high-tensile alloy steel up to 30 inches in diameter, run at low speed for long life and abrasion resistance. Applied to grit and screenings, aerated grit tanks and dewatered biosolids, with no center shaft for stringy material to wrap.
Shafted Screw Conveyors
Heavy-Duty Shafted Screws Built for BiosolidsML/Spaans BHS shafted screw conveyors designed for each municipal or industrial biosolids handling system rather than adapted from CEMA dry-bulk designs. Supplied horizontal, inclined or vertical with full flight, ribbon flight, or fixed and variable paddle arrangements.
Vertical Screw Conveyors
Compact Vertical Lift for BiosolidsShafted or shaftless vertical screws that lift biosolids in a footprint that fits almost any plant layout. Shafted units use centrifugal action for large capacities in small sizes, up to 160 m3/hr; shaftless units run at low rpm with no tail-end bearing. Enclosed and dust free.
