Continuous Path Conveyors Since 1969
Serpentix Conveyor Corporation of Westminster, Colorado has designed and manufactured continuous path conveyors since 1969. Its patented conveyors integrate horizontal, vertical and helical routes into a single three-dimensional machine that carries materials from solids to near-liquid sludge with no transfer points, replacing several straight-line conveyors with one unit. The company states it is fully compliant with the Build America, Buy America Act.
Patented continuous path belt conveyor that runs horizontal, vertical and helical curves in one unit with no transfer points: a 6-foot turning radius, 45-degree inclines, up to 300 tons per hour over runs to 250 feet on a single 3-10 hp motor. Belt widths of 16, 20 and 26 inches.
Serpentix's high-capacity line for abrasive, high-moisture sludge, grit and screenings: a chain-driven segmented belt on roller carriages, runs to 400 feet at 45 degrees with a 9-24 foot turning radius, 20-32 inch belts, one 2-10 hp motor and a scraper system for sticky material.
Flight-paddle conveyor that spreads dewatered sludge evenly across several exit points through pneumatic slide gates, mounted horizontal or angled, reversible and modular for later expansion. Built for sludge press feeding, dewatering discharge and edge-to-edge bin loading.
