Overview

GEA Westfalia Separator, the centrifuge business of GEA Group of Düsseldorf, Germany, builds decanter centrifuges for thickening and dewatering sewage sludge. Its Environmental Decanter lines cover the Biosolids Decanter for municipal sludge, the Sludge Decanter for industrial and waterworks sludge and the Manure Decanter, each in a standardized Pro or configurable Prime version. GEA states the range turns sewage sludge, manure and fermentation residue into a recyclable resource with the best possible yields, and offers mobile decanter systems for on-site trials.

Continuously operating solid-wall bowl decanter built for (pre)dewatering and thickening municipal sludge. Offered as the standardized Biosolids Decanter Pro (15-60% energy savings) or the configurable Prime with summationdrive torque control and optional varipond adjustment.

GEA Sludge Decanter

Decanter for Industrial and Waterworks Sludge

The same deep-pond decanter platform applied to process and cleaning wastewater and sludge from industry and water works. Stainless steel product-contact parts, Pro and Prime configurations, and the EnergyJets feed and Add Better energy label shared with the biosolids line.

GEA CrudMaster Decanter

Three-Phase Decanter for Chemical and Mineral Processing

Deep-pond three-phase decanter for clear clarification, liquid separation and solids dewatering in chemical and mineral processing. Product-contact parts in duplex, super duplex or Hastelloy C276, ATEX versions, service to 130 C and summationdrive for high differential speeds.
