AquaTec Package Steel Modular MBR Plants are the BEST Solution where High Quality Effluents are needed and where simple and reliable proven systems are required.
|
Proven MBR Features
Lift Out Cassettes using flat plate membranes provide easy accessibility if ever the main membrane package has to be inspected or if any maintenance is required… typically, it should be years before a AquaTec MBR Cassette is removed for any reason… unlike “spaghetti” membranes that must be removed on a regular basis for unclogging debris and trash that gets imbedded in the strands. Plate membranes require only in-tank cleaning. |
This “cut-away” shows a modern “Self–Contained” system. Note that the Control Room is also securely enclosed for safety and to prevent unauthorized entry.
AquaTec MBR Plants are manufactured in open top and closed top designs (with optional air scrubbers for odor control where required). The Modular design allows for addition of “sections” as build-out projects may require. Sizes from 5,000 gallons/day to over 100,000 gallons/ day are available. Larger plants can be built using concrete tanks and can be designed for any size system. Upgrading of existing plant tanks can also provide low cost expansion for your wastewater system… increasing your treatment capacity within your present “footprint.” |

The unique SAM design allows the operation of the Aerator/Mixer without attachment to the basin bottom... allowing lower installation cost and the removal of the equipment is a simple matter as no dewatering of the reactor basin is ever required. No underwater piping is used. |
